Good Evening, just wanted to email to say thank you for such a prompt service, I am extremely pleased with the ribbon - I struggle to find a 5mm printed ribbon and you were the only website I found, you saved the day! I purchased the ribbon for wedding favours which are crystal christmas decorations that I needed to attach a ribbon too. I'm not getting married til next year but the OCD bride in me had to source the ribbon in advance to make sure it was another job crossed of the list! So pleased to have found your website. Just to say how very impressed I was by your service for the small amount of ribbon that I ordered the other day. I ordered it late one afternoon, received an update on progress the next morning, received a nice telephone call from your representative re. a minor query the same day and received the goods the following morning - all for standard shipping. Excellent work. The first company I enquired from couldn't fulfil the order within a week, let alone one day! (though they did at least tell me so...) Will definitely go straight to you in future. As you have said that you like feedback, I have received my order and was very pleased with the quality of the product, as well as the length of time it took to receive my order, only 4 working days, that really is brilliant compared to other websites that were quoting 3 weeks!! time isnt an issue for me as I'm not getting married till next year anyway, but for anyone who is working to a deadline, the delivery time is great!! and I didnt have to stay in waiting for a parcel as you just sent it 1st class, brilliant.

Fabulous service - incredibly helpful and accommodating. Great product
(one point - you should perhaps advise customers that white type does not show up so clearly - at least not on the pink ribbon: it comes up as rather pale and mottled, which was rather a shame). However, I could not fault you at all on your speed and assistance! [if using any of the above comments for quotes, please do not use my name!]
